Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the total liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service, with a maximum liability cap of 100 USD for users who have not made any purchases through the Service.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.
Dispute Resolution: Our aim is to resolve disputes amicably. Legal proceedings, if necessary, should occur in Massachusetts.
Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact us first to seek a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, legal proceedings may follow in Massachusetts.
United States Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a ‘terrorist supporting’ country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
