If you expect your mortgage payment to stay constant but instead you see it getting smaller each year… is it possible you’re simply visualizing results in Today’s Currency? (i.e. adjusted for inflation). If you prefer to think/reason in terms of nominal currency values, you might want to use the selector above the chart in the Plan tab to switch to visualizing results in Actual Currency instead.
